Who we are

Aura Collection sells silicone molds for baking and crafts across Pakistan through auracollectionpk.com and WhatsApp. For any privacy question, message us on WhatsApp at 0310 6135104.

What we collect

• Your order: name, phone number, delivery address, city, any note you add, the products you ordered and how you chose to pay.
• WhatsApp messages you send to our order number (+92 321 9798169) or our team (0310 6135104), and whether our messages to you were delivered and read.
• Your cart, stored only in your own browser until you check out.
• Website usage measured by the Meta Pixel (pages viewed, device and browser information) so we can measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads.

How we use it

• To process, confirm and deliver your order, and to contact you about it by phone or WhatsApp.
• To keep our sales and accounting records.
• To measure how well our ads work.

We don't sell your information, and we don't send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

• Meta Platforms — WhatsApp messages about your order are sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform, and the Meta Pixel runs on this site.
• Our delivery partner — your name, phone number and address, so they can deliver your order.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for our accounts and tax records. You can ask us at any time to delete your details that we don't have to keep by law.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop WhatsApp messages from us, message us on WhatsApp at 0310 6135104 and we'll take care of it.
